Cancellation & Refund Policy

We believe in transparency. Here is everything you need to know about cancelling your subscription and our refund process.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Elamora subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard settings. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to all features and data until that date.

After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded and you will no longer be charged.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Monthly Plans: Pro-rated refunds are available if you request a refund within the first 7 days of your billing cycle.
  • Annual Plans: Full refunds are available within 30 days of your initial purchase date.

Refunds are not available after these respective windows have passed. All refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Good to Know

You can export all your data at any time from your dashboard, even after cancelling your subscription, as long as you are within the 30-day data retention window.

3. How to Cancel

Cancelling your subscription is straightforward. Follow these steps:

  1. Step 1: Navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Billing in your Elamora account.
  2. Step 2: Click the "Cancel Subscription" button.
  3. Step 3: Confirm your cancellation in the dialog that appears.
  4. Step 4: You will receive a confirmation email with details about your remaining access period.

If you experience any issues with the cancellation process, please contact our support team for assistance.

4. Data After Cancellation

After your subscription ends, your data will be retained for 30 days. During this retention period:

  • You can export your data at any time by logging into your account.
  • Your data remains securely stored but your account features will be limited.
  • After the 30-day retention period, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our servers.

We strongly recommend exporting any important data before or during the retention period.

5. Reactivation

If you change your mind, you can reactivate your account within the 30-day data retention window. Upon reactivation:

  • All your previous data and settings will be fully restored.
  • Your subscription will resume with a new billing cycle.
  • No setup or migration is required -- everything picks up right where you left off.

After the 30-day window, reactivation is still possible but your previous data will no longer be available.
