Using AI agents to initiate mass unsolicited calls (robocalls) or SMS messages without explicit prior consent from recipients is strictly forbidden.
Deceptive Identity
Falsifying caller ID information (spoofing) or misrepresenting the AI agent's identity as a specific human or organization.
High-Risk Sectors
Use of AI agents for unauthorized debt collection, predatory lending, or high-pressure tactics in regulated industries.
Social Engineering
Engaging in phishing, pretexting, or any activity designed to trick individuals into revealing sensitive personal data.
Regulatory Compliance
All users must comply with national and international regulations. This includes, but is not limited to:
TCPA (USA) Telephone Consumer Protection Act compliance is mandatory.
GDPR (EU) Explicit consent and data processing standards for EU citizens.
STIR/SHAKEN Adherence to caller authentication standards.
Enforcement Mechanisms
Automated Monitoring
Systems utilize ML to detect patterns indicative of spam or policy violations.
Account Suspension
Violations trigger immediate account review and temporary suspension.
Permanent Termination
Repeat offenders will have their accounts permanently deactivated.
